My friend Hadijah has been a strong warrior, but I used to wonder how strength would arise from within her to consume the pain, even in the worst crisis.
I was one time informed that she was experiencing a crisis and hurried to meet her home. I was surprised! She was doing her house chores as usual and everything seemed normal. When I delivered what I had carried for her, I inquired how she was feeling. Seeing worry in my eyes, she smiled and told me the secret how she overcame pain.
"I confess positively to myself and focus on my progress", she said. She always says "I am strong", whenever her daughter tells her she's weak. She adds that interestingly, pain reduces when she diverts her focus to something else. In this way, she pushes on with some ease through crisis moments.
I request you to try this trick and see how effective it is. Please share with your friends, especially warriors and care takers. Am waiting for your feedback.
